How to Prevent
Hurtful Exchanges
There are five stages of hurtful exchanges in love relationships. Adrenaline and cortisol increase with each, making de-escalation harder and harder.
The first two stages are completely unconscious and the most influential. Improving them prevents hurtful exchanges.
The remaining stages are conscious and intentional and more difficult to contain without significant hurt.
The course will show how to improve each stage to prevent or deescalate hurtful exchanges and thereby greatly improve relationships.
