Self-Value 1

Self-Value

Frequent negative emotions erode self-value.

A relentless erosion begins when negative emotions occur in less than a 1:5 ratio with positive emotions – five positives for every one negative.

At that point, negative emotions dominate memory and shape thoughts and behavior in the present and future.

The course will help raise you above the 5:1 ratio necessary for strong self-value and emotional well-being.

Once fortified, self-value is self-reinforcing. It won’t be diminished by circumstances and other people.
